Nikos Alatzas

Nikos Alatzas studied Business Administration in Heraklion, Crete. He works in the ouzo factory of the Varvagiannis family. At the same time he deals with the preparation of soap based on olive oil. Attended seminars in Heraklion entitled "Home soap making workshop" and "Soap making" in 2019. Prepares small quantities of handmade soaps with the distinctive title "sapounelia".
