Aerial Acroflow Yoga
Η Aerial Acroflow Yoga συνδυάζει ακροβατικά στοιχεία με ομαλές μεταβάσεις και ρευστή κίνηση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της πρακτικής ακολουθείται μια σειρά συνεχών κινήσεων που δημιουργούν μια φυσική ροή από στάση σε στάση, βελτιώνοντας δύναμη, ευλυγισία και σωματική επίγνωση. Hatha & Pranayama
A 75-minute gentle Hatha practice focused on breath, openness, and mindful movement. Through simple mobility drills, grounding postures, and accessible pranayama techniques, this class invites you to create more space in the body and lungs while cultivating a deeper connection to your breath. Poses are approached slowly and held for a little longer, allowing time to settle, observe, and meet your body exactly where it is. Suitable for all levels of practitioners, this is a nourishing practice designed to support ease, awareness, and steady presence.
Inner Deepening: Finding Answers Within Your True Self
In this class participants learn how to access answers by going deeply within their true self. After an introduction to the process, participants practice with simple personal questions such as: What do I truly love to do? How can I improve my nutrition? This practice strengthens self-trust and reminds us that many of the answers already exist within us.
Kids Yoga Adventure (Ages 7–14)
This playful and engaging yoga class invites kids to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness in a fun and supportive environment. Through creative poses, games, and imaginative movement, children will learn how to stretch their bodies, focus their minds, and build confidence. The class also includes simple breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. No yoga experience necessary.
Meditation and Sound Healing with Singing Bowls & Gong

Mindful Collage Workshop
A gentle, slow-paced collage session designed to encourage relaxation and mindful creativity. Participants work with magazines and printed materials to create an intuitive A4 collage through cutting, arranging, and layering images, colors, and words. No previous experience is required.
Mindfulness with Horses
Τα άλογα ζουν στο παρόν και μας βοηθούν να γειωθούμε στο «εδώ και τώρα». Σε έναν ασφαλή εξωτερικό χώρο τα άλογα κινούνται ελεύθερα και επιλέγουν αν θα έρθουν κοντά στους συμμετέχοντες. Μέσα από ασκήσεις ενσυνειδητότητας και παρατήρησης, οι συμμετέχοντες ανακαλύπτουν πώς η γλώσσα του σώματος και η ενέργειά τους αντανακλώνται από τα άλογα. Μια βαθιά εμπειρία σύνδεσης, ηρεμίας και αυτογνωσίας.
Nature Mandala: Earth Art for Energy & Intention
Reconnect with the natural world through a creative and grounding experience. Participants will explore the ancient practice of mandala creation using leaves, stones, flowers, and other natural elements gathered from the surrounding environment. We begin with a mindful nature walk to collect materials, followed by guided instruction on creating a mandala that reflects balance, intention, and personal energy. This practice encourages creativity, mindfulness, and a sense of harmony with the earth. No art experience is needed—just curiosity and a love of nature.
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa

Plogging Therapy – A Mindful Environmental Experience
Picking up litter while reflecting on our connection to nature, responsibility, and impact. This is not just a cleanup. It is an experience of awareness, emotion, and transformation. Participants set intentions, take part in a cleanup activity, and conclude with a reflection circle exploring: What did you feel? What surprised you? What did you pick up internally?
Restoring Ease in Neck, Shoulders and Upper Back
A gentle Hatha Yoga session focusing on releasing tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and guided relaxation, participants are invited to slow down, unwind, and restore a sense of ease in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
Singing Bowl Meditation
Feel the sound. Experience the vibrations of singing bowls and gongs moving through the entire body, bringing deep relaxation and guiding participants on an inner journey beyond the ordinary.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese internal martial art and a form of moving meditation. Participants learn gentle flowing movements that connect body, breath, and mind while enhancing flexibility, concentration, balance, and the flow of vital energy (Qi). Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

An energizing and fluid practice exploring the five vayus—the vital currents governing our physical, mental, and emotional flow. Through breath, movement, and awareness, participants awaken and balance their inner energy while reconnecting to vitality and spaciousness.

A gentle yet powerful experience where participants are guided through breath, movement, sound, and awareness. The practice supports emotional release, softens inner barriers, and encourages a return to the natural, authentic voice.
Yin-yasa
A gentle offering where one shape seamlessly blends into another, guiding you on a journey that honors your unique structure and meets you where you are. Rooted in the theme of coming home to your body and the grounding essence of nature, this practice incorporates sequential passive stretches targeting the often-overlooked connective tissues: fascia, joints, and ligaments.
