The practice of Ashtanga is one of the most dynamic
practices of yoga. It consists of dynamic alternating
movements combined with deep sound breathing
(ujjayi).
During the practice we perform a specific sequence
of positions keeping a connection between them and
this is what makes this practice so challenging. It takes
concentration and self-discipline.
There are plenty of benefits as it improves the
physical condition, increases flexibility, strengthens the
full body, helps with balance and concentration,
improves memory and much more.
If you are looking for an intensive physical and mental
practice to be pushed through emotional baggage and
other mental blocks, then join this dynamic yoga class.

Yoga practice has been my best teacher so in my turn,
I invite you to a beautiful journey that has to do with
combining Aerial with conventional Yoga (ground).

better discover our Self, to release blockages so that
all our energy is released in our body. Our practice
will take place on fabric hammocks used as a swing,
until they end up in a beautiful cocoon like form, where
we will relax and rest. Bring your world upside down
and experience a unique experience that will change
the way you exercise.
Free oscillation combinations with the well-known

“Dance Movement Therapy” - Theodora Limperopoulou
We move the body to listen to everything our soul
wants to say. Through the body and the movement we
give the possibility to our emotion to relax, to be
understood and to be transformed into something
creative. We do not need dance knowledge but a
desire to discover where physical movement can lead
us.
I move so I exist!
“Hatha Vinyasa Yoga” - Theodora Limperopoulou
A Hatha - vinyasa lesson that combines movement
and breathing. For me Vinyasa is another way to
dance on the mattress. To move the body, to reach its
limits and to dare something more.
In yoga, everyone starts from their own starting point
and reaches the point where their own body leads
them. And if we trust it it leads us to magical things.

Mindfulness with Horses - Rita
Horses live in the moment, something most people
don’t do, that is why just being in the presence of a
horse compels you to join them and ground yourself to
the here and now.
In our session what we will do is to sit in a safe outside
enclosed space with the horses being free roaming
around and letting the horses choose if they will seek
contact with you. Having a horse come up to you
means that they feel comfortable to be close to you
and around your energy levels.
We will do some mindfulness exercises with Rita to
make you feel more present and enjoy your time with
horses walking close and around you.
Horses are a mirror of your body language, they
communicate with each other and with people through
this language, meaning that they will reflect your
energy level. So after our session with Rita we will
bring the horses close to you and read through them
how you use your body to communicate with others.
You will leave this beautiful experience feeling
revitalised and amazed by how much an animal can
communicate if you just slow down and listen.
“Bhakti Flow” - Katerina Georgopoulou

cultivates understanding and compassion towards the
Self. We will focus on the pranic flow and through
continuous movement we will try to reveal the
subjectivity of each individual's body.
Yin Yoga - Hara Ververi
Yin yoga is characterised as a gentle form of exercise
that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese
medicine. The positions (asanas) are held with more
breaths and duration compared to other yoga
practices. Its aim is to balance the Yang, coming into
harmonious balance. When we hold positions longer,
our mind wants to escape, thus forcing the body to
move. This is where yin comes in to help our body
stay more still, using our mind in a more meditative
form, allowing the body to simply be. Yin relaxes and
calms the mind, helps release tension and improves
flexibility. It is a yoga practice for everyone.
“Pilates Mat” - Ralou Aleksioy
The class will include Pilates method exercises with
body weight on a mat.
With coordinated breathing and concentration, we will
get in touch with our body and help in the flexibility
and strengthening of the muscles, as well as the
mobility of the spine.
The aim of the course is to feel well-being by
connecting body, mind and spirit.
We will spend the first few minutes on the theory of the
method so that it is understood by all practitioners,
and then we will exercise safely and beneficially for
their body and mind.
The level will be beginners and basic without any risk
of injury. However, if any trainee has a diagnosed
orthopaedic problem or suffers from osteoporosis,
arthritis or is recovering from orthopaedic surgery, it
would be good to inform us before the start of the
course.

“Power of Purity” Meditation - Katerina Vati
Like the physical body if our inner space is not taken
care of it may lead to various diseases and afflictions.
The aim of this meditation, inspired by the world
known humanitarian and spiritual teacher, Mohanji, is
to bring about inner cleansing which will help you open
up to 'receive' and 'give' love completely. It can lead
you to enjoy the present moment with intensity by
shedding the negative impressions of the
subconscious mind. Purity in thought, word and action
can liberate you and strengthen your existence.
Blockages at a mental-spiritual-emotional level can be
removed guiding you to forgiveness, positivity and
bliss. Purity is power. Purity is truth. Truth is pure. The
whole universe resonates with truth and purity. The

Speech about Mediterranean’s Treasure - the Olive Oil - Maria Mantzorou
Olive oil: The signature core food
plant of the Mediterranean Diet ideal
for our health.
Extra virgin olive oil is the main source
of fat in the Mediterranean style Diet
and is located at the base of the
Pyramid of the Mediterranean Diet, as
it is used for a variety of culinary uses,
from cooking and salads to desserts.
Numerous studies have been
published on the positive health
effects of bioactive substances found
in high concentrations in the Mediterranean Diet. The protective
effect of the Mediterranean Diet
against chronic diseases is attributed,
among other factors, to the high
content of bioactive substances found
in foods such as olive oil, fruits and
vegetables.
Specifically, the impact of adherence
to the Mediterranean Diet on the risk
of cardiovascular disease was the first
year the disease was studied, as
participants in the Study of the Seven
Countries from Crete were at lower
risk of death from cardiovascular
disease, despite the fact that fats (ie
in olive oil).
Olive oil is characterized by its high
content of monounsaturated fats
("good" fats), vitamin E and
compounds with antioxidant and
anti-inflammatory action. Olive oil,
thanks to its content above seems to
play an important role in the
prevention of chronic diseases, such
as cardiovascular disease, and
dementia, while helping to control
lipids and blood sugar. Higher
consumption of olive oil is associated
with a lower risk of cancer, and
especially for cancer of the breast,
gastrointestinal and upper respiratory
tract. The protective action of olive oil is attributed to monounsaturated fats
and phytochemicals, such as phenolic
compounds oleanolic acid, Vitamin E,
oleic acid, & biophenols.
Extra virgin olive oil in the
Mediterranean Diet is undoubtedly a
treasure for human health.

Making of Pure Olive oil Cosmetic Soap - Nikos Alatzas (Sapounelia)
The soap has its roots in Ancient
Greece and specifically on the island
of Lesvos, as well as in many
eastern ancient peoples of the East,
especially Mesopotamia since 2300
BC. The first soap was a mixture
of ash, oil and aromatic herbs who
also used it as a therapeutic cosmetic.
In Ancient Greece are found the first
testimonies from myths about soap on
the island of Lesvos, near the
sanctuary and altar of the goddess
Artemis where sacrifices and
cremation of animals took place in
honor
of the gods. The remains of the
animals, mainly the fat together with
the ash mixed with the rain water,
gave the first form of soap.
Thus, according to legend, the soap
takes its name from the poet Sappho,
from a paraphrase of her name.
To make cold method soaps, we will
need fats (vegetable oils and butter),
caustic soda (sodium
hydroxide) and if we want aromatic
essential oils, exfoliators, color, dried
herbs, etc.
In the cold method, caustic soda is
neutralized without the use of external
heat sources (hot method).This
neutralization is called sclerosis also
known as "maturation" and takes
about 4-6 weeks depending on the recipe. The lack of an external heat
source to harden the cold method
soap keeps the ingredients
unchanged so that we can enjoy their
benefits when using the bar.
