Mindfulness with Horses - Rita
Horses live in the moment, something most people don’t do, that is why just being in the presence of a horse compels you to join them and ground yourself to the here and now. In our session what we will do is to sit in a safe outside enclosed space with the horses being free roaming around and letting the horses choose if they will seek contact with you. Having a horse come up to you means that they feel comfortable to be close to you and around your energy levels. We will do some mindfulness exercises with Rita to make you feel more present and enjoy your time with horses walking close and around you. Horses are a mirror of your body language, they communicate with each other and with people through this language, meaning that they will reflect your energy level. So after our session with Rita we will bring the horses close to you and read through them how you use your body to communicate with others. You will leave this beautiful experience feeling revitalised and amazed by how much an animal can communicate if you just slow down and listen.

The positions (asanas) are held with more breaths and duration compared to other yoga practices. Its aim is to balance the Yang, coming into harmonious balance. When we hold positions longer, our mind wants to escape, thus forcing the body to move. Making of Pure Olive oil Cosmetic Soap - Nikos Alatzas (Sapounelia)
The soap has its roots in Ancient Greece and specifically on the island of Lesvos, as well as in many eastern ancient peoples of the East, especially Mesopotamia since 2300 BC. The first soap was a mixture of ash, oil and aromatic herbs who also used it as a therapeutic cosmetic. In Ancient Greece are found the first testimonies from myths about soap on the island of Lesvos, near the sanctuary and altar of the goddess Artemis where sacrifices and cremation of animals took place in honor of the gods. The remains of the animals, mainly the fat together with the ash mixed with the rain water, gave the first form of soap. Thus, according to legend, the soap takes its name from the poet Sappho, from a paraphrase of her name. To make cold method soaps, we will need fats (vegetable oils and butter), caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) and if we want aromatic essential oils, exfoliators, color, dried herbs, etc. In the cold method, caustic soda is neutralized without the use of external heat sources (hot method). This neutralization is called sclerosis also known as "maturation" and takes about 4-6 weeks depending on the recipe. The lack of an external heat source to harden the cold method soap keeps the ingredients unchanged so that we can enjoy their benefits when using the bar.
