“Ashtanga Yoga” - Hara Ververi
The practice of Ashtanga is one of the most dynamic
practices of yoga. It consists of dynamic alternating
movements combined with deep sound breathing
(ujjayi).
During the practice we perform a specific sequence
of positions keeping a connection between them and
this is what makes this practice so challenging. It takes
concentration and self-discipline.
There are plenty of benefits as it improves the
physical condition, increases flexibility, strengthens
the full body, helps with balance and concentration,
improves memory and much more.
If you are looking for an intensive physical and mental
practice to be pushed through emotional baggage and
other mental blocks, then join this dynamic yoga
class.

Yoga practice has been my best teacher so in my turn,
I invite you to a beautiful journey that has to do with
combining Aerial with conventional Yoga (ground).

breathing (pranayama) techniques. Our goal is to
better discover our Self, to release blockages so that
all our energy is released in our body. Our practice

until they end up in a beautiful cocoon like form, where we will relax and rest. Bring your world upside
down and experience a unique experience that will
change the way you exercise.
Free oscillation combinations with the well-known
Yoga postures will strengthen the body and align the
vertebrae and joints, increase the elasticity of the
body, help blood circulation while at the same time
boosting self-confidence (acrobatics). Book your place

us.

“Mindfulness with Horses” - Rita Michalaki
Horses live in the moment, something most people
don’t do, that is why just being in the presence of a
horse compels you to join them and ground yourself
to the here and now.
In our session what we will do is to sit in a safe
outside enclosed space with the horses being free
roaming around and letting the horses choose if they
will seek contact with you. Having a horse come up to
you means that they feel comfortable to be close to
you and around your energy levels.
We will do some mindfulness exercises with Rita to
make you feel more present and enjoy your time with
horses walking close and around you.
Horses are a mirror of your body language, they
communicate with each other and with people
through this language, meaning that they will reflect
your energy level. So after our session with Rita we
will bring the horses close to you and read through them how you use your body to communicate with
others.
You will leave this beautiful experience feeling
revitalized and amazed by how much an animal can
communicate if you just slow down and listen.

“Yin Yoga” - Hara Ververi
Yin yoga is characterized as a gentle form of exercise
that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine. The positions (asanas) are held with more
breaths and duration compared to other yoga
practices. Its aim is to balance the Yang, coming into
harmonious balance. When we hold positions longer,
our mind wants to escape, thus forcing the body to
move. This is where yin comes in to help our body
stay more still, using our mind in a more meditative
form, allowing the body to simply be. Yin relaxes and
calms the mind, helps release tension and improves
flexibility. It is a yoga practice for everyone.

“Mystica Autumn Flow” - Anja Brinich
Mystica Vinyasa is a holistic approach to physical yoga
practice based around the Wheel of the Year, the
elements, and the chakras. As the seasons change, so
do we - so each Mystica flow focuses on what we
need physically and spiritually during a particular time
of year, incorporating chanting, pranayama, mudras,
and asana. Each flow embraces the cycles of nature
and is specifically tailored to one of the four seasons,
gently guiding the practitioner to re-align and
reconnect with the rhythms of the Earth as we move
through the Wheel of the Year. As Euphoria takes
place in September, I will be leading the Mystica
Autumn Flow, which focuses on the element of water
and the sacral chakra.

and yoga, their breath! Opening the heart: learn

“Yin Yang Vinyasa Flow” - Leo Dherte
This Yin Yang Vinyasa Flow is a harmonious
blend of Vinyasa and Yin styles.
This class balances dynamic movement and
deep relaxation, external exploration and inner
reflection, strength and surrender. Each
approach complements and transcends the
other, creating an ideal synergy.
We begin with a gentle grounding in Yin
energy, gradually transitioning into a more
challenging and invigorating Vinyasa sequence.
Finally, we return to the soothing embrace of
pure Yin.
Experience profound release and activate your
deep muscles. Vinyasa strengthens and offers
cardio work, while Yin will effectively, gently,
and passively encourage your flexibility.
Let's celebrate diversity and connection, with a
creative sequencing for dynamic movement
and self-expression.
Honor your body's needs, finding your unique
balance between effort and ease.
Feel the transformative power of this Yin Yang
practice as you connect mind, body, and
breath.
