Irene has trained as a Self-Knowledge Guide through the Δεἰμιουργῶ® (Dimiourgo) method workshops offered by the Healing Network Greece® therapeutic network. In addition, she has attended further seminars and trainings in mental and spiritual guidance as well as energy healing.

In her healing sessions, she guides individuals to discover their wonderful true self. Using techniques that facilitate deeper access to the subconscious, she holds a safe and supportive space for them to go within, release what no longer serves them and strengthen their love and inner light. Some of the practices she uses during her sessions include intuitive scanning, meditation, channeling and radiesthesia.
